At EverLoved Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Because our jewelry items are made and prepared specifically for each order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
